It is in his second year at the university that he discovered his love for real estate. Today, Stephen leads Terranova Corporation, a commercial real estate company that he founded in 1980. The company is among the top realtors in South Florida. Apart from leading Terranova, Stephen has been a Board Director in multiple organizations and foundations, including the Chapman Partnership. Stephen is a law degree holder from the University of Miami and an economics degree from Bowdoin College.
